dont turn on after clean the main board

Hello, recently i buy a macbook air 11'' mid 2013.

outside is very very well, but it doesn´t power on. i dissamsembly the mother board, clean it, put again termal past in the micro and graphic chip, reasembly.

The LSI of the mother board and the battery was white so i think ins´t wather problem.

Also i buy a third party magsafe 2 charger, but when i connet it to the mac, the led is off, but when i plug a original charger the led becames green solid.

With the original charger, led in solid green, i push the on button but dont power on.

My question is:

maybe the moderboard crash? or is there any test that i can make to determine the problem.
