Can I backup iPhone if broken?

I've dropped my iPhone 5 many times and the screen is popping out a bit. Also, its battery dies very quickly. A few days ago the battery died, and after that the phone won't turn on again. I tried charging it, putting it in recovery mode and DFU mode and nothing worked. I do not have it backed up on iTunes or iCloud. Is there any way I can back it up and recover my data?

Repair the phone to the point that it will power back up again, that's your only way out.
