The bottom part of touchscreen is not working.

I replaced the display on phone and the bottom part of the display is not working I can't get the that menu where you can turn on/off wifi, flashlight etc. Last screen worked jsut fine, it was cracked but the touch worked everywhere.

It's your parts. It's possible they were damaged during the install, or even during transit. However it's more likely that you bought cheap(ish) parts, and they aren't working upon assembly. Try this

You said the old one was cracked and the screen function worked fine, try putting the old one back on and check if half bottom is working or not. If it works then you know you have a defective screen if it does the same then you have to troubleshoot down to board and check connectors for bent or missing pins on board where the LCD ribbon cable connects.
