Reinstall iMac using windows torecreate boot drive?

Hi!

I have upgraded my iMac 2011 mid with a new 2tb hdd (using owc) and with a 250gb sata 3 ssd.

But... The problem, I am not the 1st owner of this mac, i am the 3rd.

When I try to make internet recovery its give "this item is temporarily unavailable try again later".

And I have read I can make bootable pendrive on mac and after reintall it. The problem I dont have one more mac. Is there any way to make the bootable drive on windows?

I am trying now with transmac and I have downloaded the el captain from torrent, but apple logo comming, and after about 70% of the row on the screen I see just a circle with a crossed row...

Any idea to fix it with windows? Or i must find another mac and make a recovery usb?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

What You need

1) Mac OS DMG file

2) Transmac software

3) A USB Flash drive (8GB or more)

Steps:

1) Download Transmac for Windows (http://www.acutesystems.com/scrtm.htm) can format USB drives for mac and restore .dmg files to USB drives. Download the trial and install.

2) In the right-side panel of Transmac, right click on your USB Drive >> Format Disk >> Format with Disk Image. Point to your .dmg file and click Open.

This will take some time around 20 Mins to make a bootable USB usually.

Now, Insert the bootable USB in Mac and restart it with Alt (Option) key pressed, You should see The External bootable USB while start up, Select it and then follow steps to install Mac from scratch.
