For anyone with this issue, it turned out it was an incredibly good fake controller. Weight was nearly identical, everything looked legit but on disassembling it it was clearly a fake. If you have the same issue your controller serial number is also likely 11201371012310 - turns out lots have the same serial number.
Any Nissan dealership will be able to provide the unlock code for you, they'll need the serial number from the back of the radio (You'll need to take it out) to know which unlock code to give you. I would imagine there's a fee for this depending on where you live. Or you could try this site.
Few things to try: (1) Verify that your phone has a sufficient charge. (2) Connect your original charger to your phone. (3) After a few minutes, try to turn on your phone. If it doesn't work, try another charging cable. Try mains and USB charging. (4) Verify that your phone, charging port, and battery contacts are not damaged. (5) Carefully inspect your phone's charging port and remove any debris. (6) Remove the battery. (7) Carefully clean and inspect the gold contacts on both the battery and on your phone. Attempt a forced restart of the phone. (1) Press and hold the Power key for 30 seconds. (2) If the phone starts to power on, release the Power key.
Sounds like the speaker is defective. Logitech should replace it as it's defective if you are still in warranty. http://support.logitech.com/it_it/contac...
It's likely the digitiser (Touch Screen portion of the screen) is damaged and needs replaced. To be honest as this is quite an inexpensive phone it's probably a better option to sell it for spares and buy a replacement. A replacement digitiser and the time to repair wouldn't really be worth it. But if you do want to repair it you would need to pick up a new LCD + Digitizer. They generally come as one piece. It's possible to buy the digitizer seperately but it requires specialist equipment to remove the old one from the screen you have and is a complicated repair.
