Which fans should I buy?

My left fans stopped working, as the little piece came out. It was doing some noise, and when i open my mac i realise the little piece that connects the fan was broke. I need to repair it with a new one. Which one should I buy.

My mac is extremely hot I need to change ASAP.

Also, as i'm here. I no longer can work in 3d in photoshop. Any idea how to fix it?

Cheers,

M.
