Help Anybody please... No green Mag-safe light.. tried good dc-inboard

MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011

Late 2011 model, A1278 / 2.4 GHz i5 or 2.8 GHz i7 processor.

No Power

No Green or Amber Light

reset SMC

Removed Ramm

Removed keyboard

tried smc bypass and nothing

Tried dc-inboard on another logic board and lit up straight away

No Liquid Damage

no fuses blown

Please help
