How can upgrade the network antenna to a lower fequency by replaceing

Lowering the frequency is only one of the many factors you would need to extend range. These phones come designed like that starting by baseband circuits and all the power behind it. You can't really do that. There are devices in the market you can install in your home or car to help you boost cellular signal.
