And what about the battery and charger compatibility? I was looking for these items in amazon and ebay and found one battery that specifies Voltage: 10.8V, Capacity: 55wh but most of the chargers specify Capacity: 60W and Voltage: 16.5V, 3.65A, should both of them specify same voltage and capacity?
