Why does my phone keep rebooting and getting stuck on apple logo?

I have recently upgraded to ios 8.1.3 and for about 2 weeks now my phone has been constantly (every 2-3 minutes) rebooting itself but it gets stuck on the white apple logo. I have restored, dfu mode, recovery mode, reset back to factory settings, and that's all failed to work, its annoying me a lot, because it'll take me 20-60 minutes to get it on and then 3 minutes after I get it on, i have to go through the same thing, even when I have my phone off I will go back to press the home button and its rebooted itself and i have to go through the headache again. It pauses for about 2-4 seconds and then the screen will go black for about 1-3 seconds and then the screen goes into reboot mode but it gets stuck on that screen for about 20-60 minutes. Sometimes it goes blue and lines come down the screen (top to bottom) and then goes into reboot mode. I believe that this could be caused from the charger which is a charger I bought from the Vodafone store. HOW DO I FIX THIS IT IS SERIUOSLY ANNOYING??
