Can I turn on my MacBook Air 13" Mid 2012 (A1369) without a keyboard?

Thanks

It sounds like your keyboard is damaged here. The best thing is to replace the uppercase follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Air 13" Mid 2012 Upper Case Replacement.

If you only want to check to see if your system is working. Using a USB connected keyboard & mouse/trackpad you could start your system by carefully shorting across the power pads. Here is a image showing there location.

Sure, just plug charger in. Will automatically turn on anything that is i7/i5 based besides 820-2850 boards that do whatever they want because they are total POSes. Sometimes a bad keyboard/trackpad will hold down the SMC so just unplug that cable before you do this of course.
