How to replace the battery?

In MBP mid 2014 (MGXA2) battery is glued to the bottom of the case. Can i replace the battery on my own? Do i need any special screwdrivers?

Unfortunately it is near impossible to replace just the battery on this model. You will need to replace the upper case itself, which is this part. Here is the guide for the repair, best of luck.

No need to change the entire case top, only need unstick battery.

You'll have unstick.

I do not recommend using hot air.

Use spudger um below the battery com care, and lift slowly.

It seems that there are no screws on the battery.

Pero no compres de 2mm, compra uno de 5mm o 10mm ;-)

Normally, the new battery should have a new adhesive.

If not, you have to use a new adhesive, like this:

But do not buy 2mm, buy one 5mm or 10mm;-)
