Screen not responding to touch
After I replaced my iPhone 5s screen and I turned it on it doesn't respond to touch and it has square pattern on the screen. Thanks very much help.

Check the FPCs properly connected to the logic board. if same fault continue you can check with another lcd with touchpad module
