Hi dj holley, 1 ) Restore with iTunes after all data get backed up. 2) if searching issue exists after restore just check the IMEI (type *#06# on dialer ) 3) if IMEI status " null" definitely baseband chip issue. if IMEI number shows you need to check the TRX section of the logic board.

Hello danielle , it seems some issue occur of your firmware, 1) download smart switch 2) select emergency recovery & initialization where located at right side 3) put the phone to download mode by pressing and holding (simultaneously) the Power, Volume Down and Home buttons 4) select continue option 5) follow the instruction given by smart switch 6) Wait while process completed 7) you almost completed!!! Note : you have your own risk to do above steps!!! around 3GB-4GB of internet data will be required to download firmware. Hope this solution helps you to fix your phone.

Sara, Question is not clear enough to answer, anyway demo units comes with limited hardware and specially customized demo software. even demo units doesn't have radio network access baseband chip|Modem to access the radio networks such as 2G,3G,4G. you can only able to use WiFi. spending money to fix demo unit doesn't make any sense
