I need help with my gmail account....it wont let me access my google, facebook, or Pandora. need help getting it fixed

- Check the internet connection and the APN settings
- Check with WiFi
- Check the date and time whether correct

After locking my lost adroid device using google account, i cant open ot now, my google ID and password enter into locked device don't want to accept even its correct. Please help me..thank you
