I just completed the battery replacement on my iphone5. It went rather smooth. The question I have is what is recomended after the battery is replaced? Should I
(A) stick it on a charger to ache ove 100% on the battery before use.
Or
(B) run the factory charge down to, let's say <5%, before charging.
Is this a good question?

Either. It is a lithium battery so won't matter. Charge it up several times before you run it down to 0% and it shuts down. Going less than 5% won't do anything. If you have the time to charge it up, go ahead and give it some juice.
