Restore iPhone in Restore Mode with iTunes on computer. Turn OFF iPhone. Open iTunes on computer. Hold home button and connect iPhone to computer with Lightning USB Cable. Keep holding home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Restore Mode. Restore iPhone.
