It is generally not a DIY project. Logic board component repair requires special tool and skills (it's not like soldering a lamp cord or speaker wire) too much heat can delaminate (destroy) the logic board. A computer repair or small electronics shop could do this for you.

A work around would be to purchase a USB audio dongle (adaptor) most have line/headphone out jacks. USB audio is separate from analog/digital audio. These adaptors are not large, self-powered and fit in a laptop bag.

Is it possible to disable the digital output via software?

Because when I turn on the Mac the boot up sounds can be heard.

I am saying that while the jack has broken inside the port when opening the Mac I can hear the startup sound. But after logging in on setting the only option Digital Output. I would like to know if somehow I can disable the digital output the sameway the software does when starting the Mac.

That would be an OS software hack which would likely have to redone after each OS update. This is primarily a hardware DIY repair forum please look elsewhere for software answers.

run gputest on furmark until gpu fails and has red lines, take to apple, and tell them oh $@$* there's lines on mys creen, and get new logic board for free. if you replace your headphone jack they will have an excuse to not replace your board when the inevitable occurs.
