power button makes a lot of popup

i think my power button is broken, today i see a lot of popup with "are you sure you want to shutdown your computer?" but i never touch the power button. can I repair the button?

Not easily - generally the entire top case is replaced.

In order to replace just the button you'd have to either acquire a button alone (highly uniquely that someone with a good case would pull a working button leaving them with a unique top case).

Or purchase an entire working top case and pull it apart (risking damage to the working power button) in that case it would be fast and simpler (though still a difficult task) to just swap top cases.

There is no guide to assist you - if you do this take lots of pictures and notes so that you can create a guide for others.
