Display Problem after liquid damge

The screen is showing pixelated lines. The backlight works. I plugged in another MBP retina display and it works perfectly, so I ruled out logic board damage. Is it possible to remove the black clutch in order to replace the LVDS cable? I attempted to use a pry tool but it won't budge.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I've already viewed that guide for the mid 2012 MBP. I thought that the late 2013 MBP may be designed slightly different. Whenever i use the pry tool, the clutch feels like its going to break. In addition, I've already broken 1 pry tool. Perhaps it is glued shut? Thankyou for your response

Not glued shut, just a complete ##&&% to remove. Try harder. I know, it sucks.
