Logic board issue with parts falling off

Okay so i have an iPhone 5c that I had received. As you can see two chips have come off the logic board near the battery connector and the charging dock connector. I have put a lot of time in effort into fixing this phone only to meet with this new problem. I just want to be able to use the phone since I have pretty much replaced everything in the phone. It has a new battery a new charging dock because at first I thought that was the problem since the phone had refused to charge. Is this issue fixable?

Answer this question I have this problem too

It is repairable. I don't think I'd consider that one DIY because of the tight clearances, unless you have experience with microsoldering. Drop me a line if you want some professional help

Just saw your pictures. Whoa. This is not a couple of small components, this is a couple of big baseband chips gone from under the shield. Multiple pads are missing. Not feasible to repair.
