repeating load sound, display won't work

Hi,

i got a question on an iphone 5.

i installed the parts all right.

my macbook do recognize the iphone on itunes.

the iphone gives a repeating load sound like the sound u putting first time a cable in it and it starts to load.

but how i said it comes in a repeating way.

The cable is okay and works with other iphones great, also the cable is original.

the other problem is that the display don't work.

Connector is okay and displays are new. i got few working iphone 5 display so the display isn't either a problem.

what really makes me thinking about it that i got two iphones that do EXACTLY the same and got exactly the same problem.

please help me

A phone that is recognized by iTunes (which means the phone powers on) but with no display despite a known good display is a backlight problem. The chime sound is normal---when a phone has a backlight problem it will repeatedly chime.

Cause: backlight failure is most common due to water damage oxidation of the LCD connector and/or the backlight filters near the connector on the board. Less commonly, water damage can corrode the backlight coil or backlight diode on the back side of the board under the EMI shield.

if no water damage, then it is pry damage to the connector or blown backlight filters which act like a fuse for the backlight circuit. Low quality refurbished screens that have the 3 lines for the thin little backlight flex exposed can short out the backlight circuit.

Topside damage to the LCD connector and backlight filters is a straightforward microsoldering repair that you can send out for repair. Bottom side damage to the backlight coil/diode or ic chip can sometimes be repaired, but this is more of an open-ended problem.
