Hello Community,
To start with i have to execuse for my bad english. But i hope you understand my question.
I have bought a iPhone with the problem that no sound comes out.
No sound from the speaker, and no sound if i plug in a headset. Thats realy strange. The next thing i recognized is that the vibration had no function.
My software is the newes one: 8.0.2
I hope anybody knows more about this problem.

Did they work well before updating the software? If so, you can have try to downgrade the software at first. If not, you have encountered the hardware problems, and you need to replace several components.
"no sound from speaker", you need to replace the earpiece.
"no sound if plug the headset", you need to replace the earphone jack.
"no vibration", you need to replace the vibrator.

If all the problem happened at once then it's doubt full that changing the parts will even work

Oh that same my problem no any sound and vabratio when I update to 8.0.2
My phone 4s
I think that problem hardware
In A C SOUND but the engineer say i can't replace with new AC because it is defecult
