iPhone 5s wont charge after screen replacement.

HI.

I changed the screen on a iphone 5s, it all went smooth and the costumer were happy. then he comes back to me toe next day and says that its not charging. i plug it in and it vibrates, makes a pling and shows the lightning symbol, signaling that its charging, but the percentedges are not increasing!

what do i do? do i change the dock connector inside the phone?

does anyone know what to do?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Changed to a new battery? Have you tried another battery after this, so you have ruled out the possebility of an broken battery?

And you have of course you have tried to reset the phone with homebutton and powerbutton until it restarts?

Before you buy, you could just try with another battery from another phone. No need to waste money on a new one if u dont need to

Hello only thing you can do is change the dock connector .

Did you test it was charging before the repair ?

Because it could have been like that before you even looked at it

Have you tried resetting it (home & power) I've had one just like this, but was stuck on 33% constants and this resolved it.

Else, I would second the battery. This resolved my last "charging" issue
