After changing power button flex cable the sound of my voice is muting

After changing flex cable the sound of my voice over cellular is muting during calls. FaceTime audio works fine. I think something with upper mic or broken flex cable?

There is a mic on the cable, which is use by the noise cancellation feature.

If this mic is not working properly, erratic noise cancellation may distort your voice call.

Changed what flex cable?

The mic for calls is located on the charging port at the bottom.

the top mic is used for FaceTime and recording front facing camera

sound buttons and power button flex cable. And exactly after it's changing this problem appears.

Yes the upper mic is located on the power volume flex but when talking normally on a call that mic shouldn't be used
