I ripped off one of the solder points of the flex cable

Hi when taking off the old power flex cable I ripped off one of the power flex cable solder points. How can i remedy this or am I screwed

Oh i mean the solder point on the board actually ripped off not the flex cable, but the point where the flex cable solders to.

This part will simply just need resoldered back on

The solution is to rebuild a pad out of thin wire and scratch a little bit of the solder mask off to expose the torn trace and connect the thin wire and the old trace. Then solder the new power flex. You have to be careful not to expose any ground copper and to protect your joint with kapton tape or something to prevent it from coming into contact with anything conductive, but....it can be done.

This is microsoldering though, so you almost certainly want to send your board out for microsoldering and get it back fixed and ready to resume your repair.
