Would it be possible to add full 4G compatibility on iphone 5 by e.g. "grafting" iphone 5S antenna ?

I am living in France and my network is not compatible.

Options

No, cellular compatibility does not depend on the antenna. Also it is not possible to graft iphone parts, every model is unique.

There is nothing you can do.
