It's possible Upgrading from HD to SSD?

Dear sir/madam,

After looking at your video on YouTube/website I managed to remove my hard drive (Model: WD6400AAKS - 40H2B0) and now I am thinking of upgrading my hard drive (HD) to Solid State Drive (SSD). But I am not sure if this is possible with the iMac (EMC No: 2134).

If it’s possible, can you please help me choosing the right SSD and if it need any additional instructions can you please help me.
