Can I swap a DVI package to an Onyx case?

I have a near-pristine Titanium Onyx with a perfect LCD screen. I also have a very battered Titanium Antimony (DVI) that still runs well but has a LCD with a lot of white pixels.

I want to swap the DVI into the Onyx case.

It looks like a relatively simple proposition, but I know nothing is as easy as it looks with machines going through such a rapid evolution.

For example I suspect that the LCD screens are different. even though they are apparently the same size.

Any answers, ideas or thoughts on swapping cases?

Thanks!

Dave B.

The main problem I see is the two units have different video specs. There are differences in video ram, in native resolutions and video chips. I won't say it won't work but I don't think it will. You probably should wait for Ben for a final answer. Ralph
