What other Mac laptops can use this inverter board?

I have pulled the 614-0354-A inverter board from an essentially dead 1.67 GHz PowerBook G4 15" (A1138) LCD. I think it works, but I wasn't able to test the board. I'd like to put it on an A1046 1.25 GHz 15" PowerBook G4 Al. I also understand this inverter can be found on 17" PowerBooks.

I just want to confirm I can use the 614-0354-A inverter on the PowerBook model A1046.

That inverter board works in all Aluminum 15" PowerBooks, so it will work in your model A1046.
