Trouble Inserting DVD After Keyboard Upgrade

I just used the iFixIt guide to replace the top case/keyboard on my MacBook. However, when I attempt to use the DVD drive, it is very difficult to insert a CD into the drive.

I am confident I put all the screws back in correctly, did I tighten them too much or did I miss something when putting the keyboard on?

Everything else seems to work great, any assistance is really appreciated.

hard to tell - did you check the location of the plastic pieces on the right side - direct above the optical drive ?

if one of those pieces is dislocated and presses on the drive - you would most likely have problems with that drive

Hey Markus -

I disassembled and re-seated the keyboard, I think you were correct, it wasn't completely aligned. I can now insert/eject discs without issue - thanks for the advice.
