i recently got an iphone 5s and its display has yellow tent specially at the top and the icon colors have more contrast or saturation (more colory)than any iphone 5s i saw on youtube and it different from my iphone 4 too . should i go for replacement or this is normal??

some people say it's some kind of glue not dried and it will be fixed by time is this true ?

This issue has been around since the iPhone 4. Displays are slightly different from each other, you don't need to replace it as long as you can live with it

it is incredible that Apple make the same error with iphone 5s, the apple iphone 6 shouldn't have the same issus

Take it back. if your under warranty, get the phone that you payed for.
