Broken front glass. What do I need to fix it?

Accidentally broke my iPhone 4s (white / Verizon) last night. Only the glass got a single crack in it. The LCD still works perfect. The touch functionality still works perfect.

Do I just need something like this to fix it?

I look at other solutions and they seem MUCH more expensive:

iPhone 4S Screen

Is that because those other solutions are replacing more than just the glass? Like they are maybe replacing the LCD screen and/or the touch functionality as well?

I would not recommend changing only the lens. Get the entire assembly. The LCD and Lens are fused together. This makes it very difficult to remove the lcd without damaging it.
