Rear camera not working and flashlight greyed out

After screen replacement the rear camera is not working anymore and my flashlight is greyed out.

Replaced the camera but no fix.

Checked the logic board and no damage found.

If you haven't tried restoring, then you should. If you did, then it is the logic board.
