Answer to: How can I fix my Ipad it's on Activation LockYou'll need to enter the password of the iCloud account that was used to set up the activation lock. If you don't know it, you can reset it if it's your account. If it's not your account, try to contact the account owner. If you can't do any of those things, you won't be able to activate it or use it. Best you can do with it is part it out and sell the components in it other than the display.
Answer to: Replace it with 16GB To 32GB logic boardIf you transfer the logic board and Touch ID cable together, it should work. However, based on the colors of your phones, if you put the 32 GB board in the gold phone, you'd have to take the silver Touch ID sensor with it, which would create a mismatch. If you want to buy another 32 GB logic board to replace the 16 GB logic board, you won't be able to keep Touch ID functionality.
Answer to: changed battery then the phone won't work everCheck that the battery cable is properly connected and that the connectors on the cable and logic board are damaged. Also, check all the other cables and connectors on the logic board. It's also possible you received a defective battery. Try plugging it into iTunes, if iTunes can see it then it's most likely just that the display is improperly connected.
