Not sure if eBay has it, but Chinese websites are full of it. iPhone 5s home button assembly should be replaced as a whole, can't guarantee fingerprint readout accuracy if you peel the ribbon cable from the button

eBay doesn't have it at this point and the Chinese sites all say not in stock.
