iPhone 5 stuck in headphone mode after disassembly

Hey guys!

I have a white iPhone 5 16GB on iOS 7, and it's power button was broken. I replaced the flex and now everything is is perfect, except for the fact that the phone believes that is has headphones plugged in, so it wouldn't play any sound trough the normal speakers. I could verify that the speakers do work by putting the phone to speaker mode during a phone call. When I adjust the volume, it says headphones too.

I pretty sure it's my fault. What would be your guess, what could I have possibly mistaken so that this is the result?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Try sticking some headphones in, twist them around a little, and see if that fixes it. You probably got something stuck in it.

This was my first idea too, but it didn't work. It looks clean too.

you probably broke the flexcable of the dock connector. replace the dock connector and your headphone jack should be ok

I happen to have had a spare dock connector lying around, and I've just tried it. Without success. :( Any other ideas?
