Where to find iPad 4 logic board?

Damaged the connector pins in replacing the digitizer on this iPad. I have seen the things where you can replace them or send it off to have them replaced and I just really don't want to do this.

Does anybody know of any place at all where you can get and iPad 4 logic board?

just replace the connector. it is too expensive to replace a logic board just for a connector
