No video or sound after replacing the power supply but fan works

I recently replaced my power supply and now I hear the fan power up but have no video or sounds.

What could be the problem now?

I tried the SMU reset but all it did was make the fan louder.

Look at the diagnostic lights on the logic board to get an idea of where to go next.

2 lights are on. I also see writing that says sys reset and SMU reset but saw no buttons as you listed in a previous post.
