Motherboard got broken after its felt

ialexkim, the IC in question is the Avago ACPM-7181 Power Amplifier. Here is the datasheet for it. No, you can not just stick it to your logic board with thermal paste. It will need a reball/reflow, and you can only do this at home if you have the experience and the tools to do so. I would try and find a place that can do this kind of repair.

we'll need more details. what chip? what got broken? not much of anything uses thermal grease in phones. can we have some pictures too?
