How to Replace my Power Supply.

My iMac has been disconnected from AC power for almost two weeks. I plan to eventually replace the power supply. Should I still be concerned with residual charge in the capacitors?

I've never had a problem with this. I do ground myself out before working on them by touching the center screw of a wall outlet to get rid of ESD.
