Piece left over Re-asembling a MacBook 2006 Core duo 13 in T7200

MacBook late 2006 13 in core duo 2.00 GHz Intel T7200. Replacing lid hinges and motherboard. Have a small black rubber "plug" but don't know where it goes, probably under the heat sink or fan. Where does it go?
