It had caused the yellowish area on the screen

Chosen Solution

Disassembly to the point where you can remove the screen and work on the metal corner of the case with wood/plastic tools, mallets to try to reshape or reduce the amount of deformation is one option... the other solution is to replace the damaged part completely.

Thank you for your answer. What other tools could you recommend?

Can't find a part for upper case. Thank you.

Leather wrapped mallet or tools. You don't want to scratch or further dent the metal so that precludes using anything really hard, or harder than the soft aluminum.
