I just recently upgraded my HDD in my MacBook with one of those DIY kits.. The New Hard drive was installed successfully. It came with an enclosure for my old drive so i could use it as an external, but Im having a hard time transferring Data from it. Any suggestions? I would like to transfer my Pictures and Music to the Newly installed Hard Drive. Any Help would be great!

Go into Applications - Utilities - Migration assistant and pick what you would like to move. According to why you replaced the drive, it may need repair using Disk Utilities.
