How to replace the keyboard with upper case

actually I brought a MD314 with US keyboard

but I like replace it with a JP keyboard

I followed the instruction of replacing upper case but it has nothing about the keyboard

I found there a huge number of screws to remove the keyboard and a backlight paste may need

if you could please release a guide of something about the keyboard?
