Phone is Not Charged
Plug phone in (make sure the charger is plugged in the wall)
If your battery is not able to charge or lacks efficiency it may need to be replaced. To do this remove the back cover of the phone by lifting the bottom left crease. Here’s how to do the rest.

When you need to move the data from your old phone to your new one.
If you buy a new phone and need to transfer your information over, that can be done by replacing the SIM card. To do this remove the back cover of the phone by lifting the bottom left crease.
