We've change the batteries in MIP and the power will not turn on. When we spin his wheels he lights up. What do we need to do to fix this guy?

Ashley - Reply

When I spin mine it lights up to. I wonder why is that? It's because it's at low batter probably.

My MiP won't Connect to my phone. What should I do?

Carly Patterson - Reply

Try deleting the mip app and getting it back again. If that doesn't work try changing mips batteries. If that doesn't work take him to a computer fixer. Mips connection may need improving.

When I powered it on it went backwards. I powered it off and waited about 20 seconds then I started it and it was going backwards! I also had lots of malfunctioning. I bought it from ebay? Is there anyway to fix it?

Hey my Coder Mip was working fine but then I accidentally crashed it into a wall and when it did, something must've happened because once I set it down again it wasn't adjusting it's balance. I turned it off and when I turned it back on it wouldn't respond. I recharged the battery and re-inserted it but that did nothing. Although when I spin his wheels its chest lights up for a second. What should I do to fix it? Do I need to take it in somewhere to have it fixed? Thanks so much.

We have a new MIP coder. Fully charged but when turning on, the LED in the back is on but nothing else happens. Working for 2 days and just stopped today. Frustrating. Any ideas?

Shawn Movsessian - Reply

Try recharging the battery or have the Mip laying face down and then turn it on.

When my mip is charging it turns to orange and then it's supposed to be fully charged when i take out the charging cable and put it back in its charging again. When i turn it on its at low battery why is that?

Caden Chiang - Reply

Same problem here. Also, the manual for the coder mip is not available anywhere. The specific section need is the instructions for the battery removal, installation, and charging.

Got my MiP today. Changing modes is very, very difficult on my MiP. Most times, moving the wheels does nothing. I've turned it on and off. I took out the batteries and put them back in after waiting a minute. Any suggestions before I return it?

ca_geech - Reply

I bought my MiP a year ago and now when I try turning it on it doesn't do anything and when I spin the right week really quick it turns on then falls and turns off. What should I do? I really don't want to buy another one.
