W-King X10 Cannot Connect to Bluetooth

Ensure that your device is within the operating range of the W-King X10. Typically, this is around 10m or 33 ft, but this can vary depending on environmental factors. Bring your device close to the X10 and check your Bluetooth connection menu for "W-King X10".

Only one device can connect to the W-King X10 at a time. The X10 will default to the first device that attempts to connect with it. Check any other nearby devices that have connected to the X10 in the past and make sure to disconnect any from the X10 before attempting to connect the device you want.

When you turn on your W-King X10, it should automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a blue flashing LED indicator at the top of the X10. If you do not see the blue flashing light, reset the Bluetooth by the following steps:

• Take a straightened paperclip or toothpick or another narrow object
• Find the reset pinhole, located on the connection panel and labeled “RST”
• Short-press the reset button to reset the Bluetooth
• The LED indicator should begin flashing blue

Reset the speaker using the steps above to clear minor program errors. If your X10 still does not enter pairing mode, the Bluetooth module may have failed. Since the Bluetooth module is soldered to the motherboard, replacing it requires a board-level repair.
