Battery not charged ¶ 

Make sure that your battery is charged before trying to turn on your phone.

Screen is dead ¶

Motherboard is failing ¶ 

The motherboard is failing or has failed, and would cause the phone to not turn on. See our motherboard installation guide.

The keypad is not working ¶ 

The keypad could not be working and would not allow user input to be received by the phone.

Phone is working slowly ¶ 

Memory capacity reached ¶ 

Your phone might be slowing down because all of it's memory is being used. Try restarting your phone. If the problem persists, look into performing a reset or master reset.

Motherboard is failing ¶ 

The motherboard is failing or has failed, and would cause the phone to work slowly. See our motherboard installation guide.

Battery dies quickly ¶ 

Unneeded functions running ¶ 

Make sure bluetooth on your phone is turned off. Turn down your screen's backlight. Don't listen to music or browse the internet for too long.

Defective battery ¶ 

Your phone's battery might have internal hardware problems and require replacement. See our battery installation guide.

Battery not charging ¶ 

Cable unattached ¶ 

Check to see if your phone's charging cable is fully plugged into both the phone and the outlet.

Defective battery or cable ¶

Keypad is loose or broken ¶ 

Your keypad has probably gotten worn over time from use and needs replacement.

Can't connect to network ¶ 

Sim card problem ¶ 

Make sure your sim card has been properly installed on your phone. If it has been and the problem persists it may need replacement. See our sim card installation guide.

Motherboard failure ¶

No sound coming from phone ¶ 

Volume is low ¶ 

Check to make sure your volume is not 0 and raise it until you can hear.

Speakers broken ¶ 

Your phone's speakers may be broken and require replacement. See our sound box installation guide.

Phone experiences freezes and/or crashes ¶ 

Motherboard problem ¶ 

It is likely that your motherboard is damaged and needs replacement. See our motherboard installation guide.

Battery problem ¶ 

Your battery could be damaged causing power problems. See our battery installation guide.

Bluetooth not working ¶ 

Make sure bluetooth is on and in range ¶ 

Make sure that your phone and the other device using bluetooth are both charged and have bluetooth turned on. Then make sure both devices have set their bluetooth options to visible. Finally make sure that both objects are within range of each other.
