Poor sound quality
Hold down the power button for 20 seconds to perform a reset of the headphones. First, you should hear a confirmation sound. Second, release the power button. Third, turn the headphones back on and test sound quality. If problems persist, move the headphones closer to the paired device. Move any obstruction between the headphones and the paired device. If the sound quality is still poor, download the Sennheiser Smart Control App. Pair your phone to your headphones. Follow the instructions on the app to download the new firmware update.
Weak sound from headphones
Using the buttons located on the headphones, try to increase the volume. If this fails, try to turn up the sound on the device connected to the headphones. If problems persist, hold down the power button for 20 seconds to preform a reset of the headphones. If this is unable to fix the problem, you may need to replace the speakers in the headphones you can follow our guide here to accomplish this.
Quiet or no sound on one side of headphones
Check the device the headphones are paired to, and ensure that they are not set to only play audio in only the left or right channel. If this doesn't work, try holding down the headphones power button for 20 seconds to reset them. If this fails, then it is possible that the problem is hardware related. Follow the guide here to replace the headphones speaker on the affected side.
